Our psychologists and psychiatrists are available from morning 10 am to evening 5 pm. For any consultation at our Trivandrum Clinic, we recommend you fix an appointment ahead of time. This will help us to schedule the concerned psychologist/mental health professionals  for you . Our basic approach includes non-invasive therapy and psychotherapy. For mild and medium cases, there is no need for medicines. For severe cases, we refer the client to our psychiatrist who will suggest medication after the initial diagnosis. We specialize in addressing stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as fears, phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
