Care usually begins with a psychological assessment, which may include standard questionnaires and tests. Your psychologist explains what the assessment shows and agrees a treatment plan with you. Treatment uses evidence-based therapies such as CBT, and your progress is reviewed as you go. Where medication may help, we coordinate with one of our psychiatrists.

In person or online
